What We Do

We help companies innovate.  We do this in three ways.  First, we have a community blog (NotanMBA.com) for independent designers, developers, and creatives who are driving the awesome coworking scene that is rapidly evolving.  It is in this community that tomorrow’s innovative and creative agenda is being defined, and we are thrilled to be a part of it. 

Secondly, we have a bespoke organizational innovation assessment- The Innovation Acid Test- that tests companies on the 5 Drivers of Effective Innovation: 1.) External Focus; 2.) Up/Down Communication; 3.) Collaboration; 4.) Constraints Management; 5.) Ideas-to-Action Mechanisms

Innovation Jams

Finally, we are experimenting with Innovation Jams, which are workshops where we bring together young designers, developers and other creatives in a workshop setting with companies looking for new ways to solve problems and for new directions for product/service development.  Goodbye HR, hello DESIGN.  Innovation Jams are intended to drive design thinking into the innovation process at participating companies.
